$RIV is a utility token. It is not backed by U.S. Treasuries or any other asset, pays no yield, carries no redemption right, and is not a security, fund, deposit or investment product. Any tokenized T-bills held by the project treasury belong to the project; holding $RIV gives no claim on them, no share of their yield and no right to redeem against them. Third-party tokens you can swap on this site, such as SGOV (issued by Robinhood, tracking an iShares ETF), are not issued, backed or guaranteed by Rivest; their availability depends on your jurisdiction and the issuer's terms. SGOV treasury terms are created in Sablier, a third-party token-lock protocol: locked SGOV is held by Sablier's contract, cannot be withdrawn before the chosen term ends, and nobody — including the site's authors — can unlock it early. Locking adds no return. Rates shown next to terms are reference market rates, not promised returns.
